LET'S GO GREEN!

Energy Star

We help outfit every home we build with Energy Star and/or energy efficient appliances.

From your dishwasher to your air conditioner, we know the importance of choosing energy efficient appliances. Not only does it help the environment, but it also saves you money from high electric bills!

Efficient Homes

Efficient Homes start with the design and work all the way to handing over the keys to you.

Courtesy Custom Homes can design a green home for you today. When going green it's important to take every little detail into account. Even the type of insulation we're going to use. We recommend spray foam.

LEED Certified

Yes! Courtesy Custom Homes is LEED Certified through the U.S. Green Building Council.

LEED Certification requires following strict mandates to build high-performance homes that use less energy, less water and fewer natural resources; creates less waste; and is healthier and more comfortable for the people living inside.
