Now, after all the paperwork, we get started on your home! The foundation stage is extremely important, and Courtesy Custom Homes takes it serious. Other homes foundations may crack over time, but we put ours through rigorous tests to make sure they stand up such as:



• A structural engineer prepares the slab design, calculating load, determining slab drops, drainage, etc.
• We use hand-tied steel slabs for our homes, which result in a more stable foundation.
• A concrete pump then delivers the concrete in place. Using a concrete pump stops separation of sand, rock and cement, controls water content, and reduces time of pour.
