CONTRACTS & EARNEST PAYMENT
Now that we’ve settled on the price, it’s time to form an agreement:
- We will both sign the Construction Cost Sheet, Specifications and contracts.
- We ask that you place a 5% deposit of the sales price with us to start moving forward on the process.
