If you already have a plot of land, awesome. You can skip this step… if you don’t now we will discuss the importance of selecting the perfect lot for you. This will include:



• A detailed discussion of lot location. We will cover issues such as whether you want to be located in a gated community, what school districts you’d like, what city you want to be in, etc.
• We’ll also discuss any interests as whether the lot needs to be on a golf course, have a view, how big it should be (acreage), etc.
• We will also discuss lot dynamics, such as sun angles, wind factors, topography and how it will affect the building site, trees, etc.
• Discuss any initial design ideas (modern, classic, etc…).
• Have a preliminary discussion about your budget.
• Discuss interim and permanent financing, if necessary.
