STEP 3:
PURCHASING YOUR LOT
You already have your lot? Awesome! You can skip ahead to Step 5. At this point we are ready to select the lot. This includes:
- Placing the lot under contract.
- Ordering a survey for lot if necessary.
- Have an initial meeting with the mortgage banker.
- If survey is in order, you will leave a deposit for it and conceptual plan design.
